Amid these uncertain times, we are doing our part to support our employees, communities, and you – our clients and partners.
We have been supporting our clients while operating 100% remote since February and will continue to do so until the coronavirus risk decreases. We have made investments in digital transformation and business resiliency over the past few years, including building a secure private network on the AWS cloud, rolling out collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, and preparing to operate 100% remotely with actual testing.
We take our support of the housing industry through our work very seriously. We helped Fannie Mae, the U.S. Treasury and the FDIC ease the impact of the great recession in 2008-2012 and remain committed to supporting our industry during this challenging time.
We are supporting our staff with information about how best to protect themselves and others, and information about how to manage the challenges that are arising as schools and many other activities are canceled.
We know this national emergency can be ameliorated - and confronted - if every capable person contributes, and we are committed to doing our part.
